For shipping within Malaysia, the primary delivery partner is Pos Laju.
Orders placed before 12 pm on business days are sent out the same day, except on Public Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Delivery times are 1-3 days for Peninsular Malaysia and 3-5 days for Sabah & Sarawak, with potential delays during holidays.
Shipping rates are based on weight. Tracking numbers are provided, and exchanges are possible within 15 days upon receiving date of the parcel.
For international shipping, we use FedEx, and shipping charges depend on parcel weight and daily airplane oil prices. Pos Laju EMS is another option with similar pricing criteria.
