ROCK POINTS TERMS OF USE. 

For existing customer who have made a purchase at Bob Rock physical store, kindly use the same email address which was previously used when you made a purchase in either our shop or our web store.

• Rock Points is based on 12 months rolling expiration system. The expiration period will be activated from the last point activity of the customer, so the customer need to engage with points earning or redeeming activities to extend the expiration date. After the expiry date, the points will automatically be reset to zero. Upon expiration, Rock Points will no longer be available and will not be refunded.
• Rock Points have no cash value, therefore it is not purchasable & redeemable for cash. Any consideration paid by customers in connection with their eligibility to receive Rock Points are solely related to the underlying content & products purchased.
• Rock Points may only be redeemed for purchases of Bob Rock products from the Bob Rock store or website. We reserve the right to exclude certain products from Rock Points redemption in our sole discretion.
• Rock Points cannot be applied to any previous purchase.
• Rock Points and credit balances are non-transferable and may not be resold, auctioned or traded. Any attempt to combine or transfer Rock Points will result in forfeiture of all accumulated Rock Points.
• Bob Rock reserves the right to change or modify these Rock Points term at any time and in our sole discretion. If Bob Rock makes changes to these Rock Points term, we will provide notice as appropriate. Your continued use of Rock Points will confirm your acceptance of the revised Rock Points term. We encourage you to review the Rock Points term from time to time to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply to your access to, and use of, Rock Points.

Terms and Conditions Gift Redemption.

• Gift & redemption is valid only for purchases made at our store and website starting from January 2022.
• Redemption are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable with other merchandise(s) or voucher(s).
• First come first serve basis. While stocks lasts. Bob Rock have the right to exchange the merchandise with other items.
• Bob Rock reserves the right to terminate/vary/withdraw/amend the offer without prior notice.
