Shipping & Delivery
For shipping within Malaysia, the primary delivery partner is Pos Laju. Orders placed before 12pm on business days are sent out the same day, except on public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Delivery times are 2-3 days for Peninsular Malaysia and 3-5 days for Sabah & Sarawak, with potential delays during holidays. Shipping rates are based on weight. Tracking numbers are provided, and exchanges are possible within 15 days.
For international shipping, FedEx is used, and shipping charges depend on parcel weight and daily airplane oil prices. Pos Laju EMS is another option with similar pricing criteria.

Exchange & Return
Product Exchange: Requests accepted within 15 days of receiving your parcel for wrongly selected size, wrongly delivered, defective, or faulty items. Items must be in original condition with original packaging and receipt. Use registered courier service for returns; buyer covers shipping costs. Exchange initiated within 3 working days.
Cancelling an Order: Possible if not shipped yet. Contact via call or WhatsApp for faster response.
Refund Process: Refunds issued within 1-3 working days. Deductions for different payment methods. Limited cancellation possibilities once handed to delivery partner.
Wrong Item Delivered: Report immediately. Return in original condition with packaging using a registered courier service.
Defect Faulty Damaged: Free replacement for defective products, limited to one-to-one replacement. Return in original condition with packaging. Claims must be made promptly with clear pictures. Some defects not covered.
